Menurut siaran pers-nya, lensa ini mengusung fitur Ultra Low Dispersion (UD) elemen yang bisa mengkoreksi Chromatic Aberration (CA) di resolusi tinggi, gambar high contrast dan 9 blade circular aperture untuk hasil bokeh yang bagus. Juga ada 3 posisi limit pemilihan fokus sesuai jarak fokus yang dikehendaki.

Untuk harga diluaran sono (US) akan dibanderol sekitar $1050 (USD) atau $400 (USD) lebih mahal dari versi sebelumnya (EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM), hood dan lens pouch dijual terpisah. Aniway…ini mungkin lensa prime L series pertama di jajaran lensa Canon bahkan pertama di dunia dibawah range 200mm yang menawarkan teknologi IS terkini dan bisa menghasilkan gambar portrait dengan bokeh yang bagus.

Kemarin masih berpikir untuk invest di flash / tukar tambah dengan lensa makro dari Canon…tapi sekarang jadi pikir-pikir lagi untuk upgrade ke L series ini . Let see lah…semoga nanti ada yang bisa dipinjemin untuk review lebih detail dari lensa makro ini.

Tumplek Blek 2009 sudah memasuki tahun ke-10 dalam pagelarannya. Event ini berlangsung pada hari Sabtu – Minggu, 2 – 3 Mei 2009 kemarin dengan lokasi Plaza dan Parkir Timur Gelora Bung Karno pk.08.30 – 21.00, HTM Rp. 20.000,- per orang. Untuk sejarah singkatnya bisa langsung dikunjungi di sini. Gw sendiri datang ke event ini hari minggu kemarin, tanpa tahu mau cari apa disana nanti :p. Dengan berbekal sebuah kamera dan ditemani oleh seorang gadis gw kesana hanya sekedar jeprat-jepret dan niat untuk bahan postingan di blog *spontan tersipu* .

Aniway..Gw nyampe skitar jam 2 siang, pas banget dengan terik matahari yang menyirami Senayan waktu itu…udah panas macet pula. Yang dibonceng aja sampai ngomel-ngomel, padahal tinggal duduk manis. Kelar bermacet-macetan, kita dikejar-kejar calo tiket walaupun hanya beda seribu rupiah tapi ga tahu kenapa gw bersikeras tidak membeli dari mereka. Semoga memberikan efek jera kepada mereka dan mencari pekerjaan yang lebih layak lagi daripada jadi seorang calo *apakata duniaaa* :p. Yang menarik saat itu adalah stand Minerva, penuh sesak…Minerva tahun ini mengeluarkan 3 gacoannya type sport, naked dan supermoto. Melihat antusias masyarakat tahun ini bakal terjadi pertarungan sengit di kelas 250cc terutama dengan Ninja250r. Saya angkat 3 jempol untuk type sportnya, cakep banget aura Itali-nya terasa banget di motor ini, tapi yang disayangkan adalah spesifikasi mesinnya yang masih mengadopsi single cylinder SOHC dan mampu memuntahkan power sebesar 16.2 HP, beda langit dengan bumi jika disandingkan dengan Ninja250r yang bisa mencapai 36HP pada 11000RPM, spek lengkap bisa dilihat disini, dan penampakan secara utuh bisa dikunjungi disini. Sekitar jam 5 sore hari Sabtu kemarin (25/04/09) gw dapet sms dari satliyo, pesan singkat tersebut berisi nada ajakan untuk hunting pameran foto jalanan. Ajakan tersebut langsung gw terima dengan senang hati lalu gw forward ke beberapa teman yang kebetulan sama-sama punya hobi blakrakan :p, tapi kenapa kadang kenyataan tidak selalu semanis harapan…ke-3 orang tersebut menolak dengan seksama dan dengan tempo yang sesingkat-singkatnya…*sigh*..parahnya lagi..malemnya gw dapet telp dari boss!you know lah what will happen next..yay!!besok gw harus datang di customer jam 10 pagi…lengkap sudah penderitaanmu anak muda. *alamat ga nongton MotoGiPi nih*.

Paginya gw putuskan langsung cabut ke Cikini, yes!!gw cuman ngerasa ga enak aja sama satliyo, tar kalo diculik orang gmn, minimal gw harus memastikan bahwa disono aman untuk seorang satliyo *waks…gw aja yang nulis ampir muntah, apalagi yg baca yak*. Ya sudah…singkatnya pameran foto jalanan ini digelar di trotoar Stasiun Cikini – Jakarta, bertajuk Perspektif Manusia dengan Lingkungan. Pameran yang merekam kehidupan budaya masyarakat Indonesia dan diikuti oleh 29 fotografer ini berlangsung hingga 27 April 2009. Tapi rupanya dari segi promosi dan pemilihan tempat masih kurang, sehingga kurangnya apresiasi masyarakat terhadap karya-karya para fotografer ini, dari foto-foto yang ditampilkan kalau boleh menilai gw pasti acungin 3 Thumbs Up, karya mereka begitu menyatu dengan momen kehidupan-kehidupan di sekitar mereka. Disana juga dijual beberapa pernak-pernik khas suku baduy dan penjualnya datang langsung dari Baduy jalan Kakiy sumpah Uasliy..:p. Sayang sekali gw ga bisa berlama-lama disitu karena gw harus ngejar kerjaan…*doohh* padahal gw pengen ikut workshop fotografi pin hole alias lubang kunci…hmm…jadi penasaran..

Sesampai di tempat Mr. Customer…guess what?!!mereka baru bisa dihubungi skitar jem 11, ya gapapa daripada engga . Ambil minum di pantri..gw mergokin pak Srikiti (Security, red) mangap-mangap ngisap asap rokok sambil nongton MotoGP..yess!!tapi sayang masih kelas 250cc…hmm..bosen…Akhirnya gw tinggal maksi dulu deh..toh gw daritadi juga ga ngapa-ngapain *lha ngapain gw disini…* plus males nungguin mereka utak atik sendiri, fyi..mesin ada di remote site disono noh di sangata Kalimantan so..gw juga ga pusing-pusing amat harus ngapain. Aniway..balik makan siang gw langsung menuju pantri, untungnya tayangan MotoGP masih bisa terselamatkan karena kondisinya sangat kritis…tersisa 8 lap lagi..tapi worthed kok untuk ditonton. The next two digits represent the month of the lens is manufactured.

The last two digits are for internal Canon use.

Therefore the example of UV1212 means the lens was made in the Utsunomiya, Japan factory in December 2007.

It started when I’m was bored with dizzy life at Jakarta. Everyone knows that Jakarta famous as the city 0 km/h, each corner of a street crowded with vehicles and even weekend, each land span surely built-rise buildings and luxury housing, there is city park but local government didn’t maintenance it well. And routines is really sucks here..I don’t want turn into a robot . So..we planed some escape strategy from this town. And the other fun thing is…this plan coincident with national holiday, 9 March 2009 (Maulid Nabi Muhammad). Hmm..it will be great escape.

Aniway….it was just a great plan but it will be nothing without any action, so I started sending SMS to Aris and Pipit. Shortly…they had same wind direction with me . Ok..now its about where, how, who and when we will go . Lets breakdown each possible options then.

Where
Ujung Genteng

Ujung Genteng beach is a coastal area south of West Java which is located in the village of Stone Mountain, Ciracap District, Sukabumi Regency with a distance about 220 kilometers from the capital Jakarta, or 230 kilometers from Bandung. Its about six or seven hours drive by car. Instead of good roadway, there are several alternative routes and public transportation facilities adequate to the purpose.

Pantai Ujung Genteng have characteristics generally south coast of Java island famous clean water and has large wave. Nevertheless, the beach is much different compared to the famous Pelabuhan Ratu and often prone to pluck the soul of the victim as a vicious wave. Although Pantai Ujung Genteng facing the Indian Ocean, but the wave not jeopardize the traveler who love playing in the sea. Billow from middle of the ocean first broken straggle because stunted with the group of sea coral in edge of the beach, so that we can enjoy the nature with a beautiful beach, safe, and comfortable. Children can swim in the sea and allows pleased looked set of colorful fish in between the coral reef, indicates how Ujung Genteng natural environment.

Ciwidey – Bandung

Ciwidey is a district in Bandung regency, West Java Province, Indonesia.

Sub-district is located in the southern city of Bandung. This area is bordered by Cianjur regency, with access roads that cut through the southern Cianjur.

Ciwidey known as a tourism destination, and also as the products of agriculture and plantation. Tourism object in this area are:

* Situ Patenggang
* Ranca Upas
* Kawah Putih

Whoaa..will be a lot of fun. But we must choose one place, cause we don’t have much time to explore all of places above. So..we agreed that this time we’ll go to Ciwidey first . Sounds fair enough for amateur (tepu-tepu) potographer like me, cause two of places above have great scenes which you can’t find it at Jakarta.

How
This time our ‘EO’ are Pipit and Aris and they set this vacation themes to “Sit and Enjoy the Scenes”, so.. we all agreed that we will rent a car with a driver. Hmm..sounds good..And please don’t act like poor man la….:D, sometimes we need the real leisure. Honestly we are blank about the route we will reach then xixixi..

Who
Ok..participants this time quite a lot, they are 7 people appropriate car that we rent then. And in the economics lesson say that with a lot people, expenditure per person feels cheap. Yeah…but if only one
person may not participate so this will just be a plan over the fantasy .

When
Considering everything, they all don’t mind if we set escaping date to 8-9 March at 6 O’clock at 8 March Morning. Surely do I’m not late braking now but late wakeup , sorry to all my friends but the show must go on. We gonna leave jakarta for a while…bye Jakarta…..

Its cost about IDR 335.000 each people (1 night hotel + rent car + driver + meal for 2 days + snack). Do you think its expensive?for me its worthed cause we just sat and enjoy the scene. See you next trip guys…thanks…..
